      Review of minutes from the meeting on February 8

      Calibration and Efficiency

Mahmoud is waiting on word from Sean on the status of the time 
calibration before measuring the time resolution for 2018. He will try 
to make contact after the meeting.


      NIM/TDR

Eric Pooser has circulated the proposed final draft

of the NIM paper. Comments are due by March 14.
