Review of minutes from the April 11 meeting
We went over the minutes

without significant comment.
Collaboration Meeting
To get word out about our thinking about a TOF upgrade, Beni will give a
GlueX-Collaboration-June-2018#Friday_June_22.2C_2018 talk on the TOF in
general in the Friday morning session

At least we put his name on the agenda.
Calibration Status
Beni gave the report.
* The CCDB has been updated with work that he completed before the
Workfest. This includes calibrations for the first half of 2018.
* There are about 30 runs being calibrated now that there are
sufficient ROOT files to do the job.
* Performance of the reconstruction using the new constants has not
been looked at yet.
Shipping Spare PMTs to JLab
The PMTs are ready to come back to the lab, but given our discussion of
building more counters, we discussed leaving them at FSU. This needs
further thought.
