Folks,

Eric Pooser has put together a new draft of the Start Counter NIM paper. 
Find a copy on the DocDB 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/doc-private/DocDB/ShowDocument?docid=3497>. 
This is version 3.

You can also get it from GitHub 
<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/gluex_documents> (if you are a member 
of the GlueX Team). Clone the repository then go to the directory 
gluex_documents/gluex_nim/ST_nim and type

   pdflatex st_nim_article
