      Review of minutes from the December 19 meeting

We reviewed the minutes

without comment.


      Calibration Status

Beni reported that all calibrations are done.


      Lucite Shield Geometry

Ashley reported that she ran into trouble running the simulation with 
the new shield geometry. It appears that part of the shield extends 
beyond the TOF mother volume. The new DIRC geometry is another thing to 
consider. She is going to consult Richard Jones about the best way to 
proceed.


      Collaboration Meeting Talk

Beni reminded us that we might want to present at the upcoming 
Collaboration Meeting. We thought Paul Eugenio might want to update the 
upgrade plans. Ashley could talk about the shielding simulation and/or 
calibration status. We agreed that Ashley should contact Paul and work 
out details.
