Following on from something mentioned in the meeting this morning...

I found the slides for the dE/dx mini-presentation and posted them into
docdB as a talk.

These provide the justification for the numbers quoted for resolution and
purity/pollution in the CDC NIM paper, which was resubmitted yesterday.

I guess I need to do the same thing for MC, add the results, and then
that's a small contribution towards one of our working group objectives.
