    GlueX TOF Meeting, July 29, 2020, Minutes

Present: Eugene Chudakov, Mark Ito (chair), Susan Schadmand, Beni Zihlmann

      Run Readiness

Beni showed a live display of the *TOF scalers*. He is concerned about 
the FADC channel on the bottom (channel 31[?]) which is counting at a 
rate several hundred times the others. See the image below. Sascha Somov 
and Sergey Furletov have been told about this channel. Other quantities 
associated with this channel in the data look fine. Beni will keep an 
eye on it going forward.

Beni also reported that there are *three PMTs* that show lower than 
average positions of their minimum ionizing peaks. He will also be 
watching these channels.


      TOF NIM paper

There was no significant progress to report on the paper.


      Action Item Recap

 1. Decide on when to ship PMTs to JLab from FSU (Mark, Paul Eugenio)
 2. Prepare a complete draft of the TOF NIM paper. (all)
