    GlueX TOF Meeting, January 13, 2021, Minutes

Present: Mark Ito (chair), Sasha Ostrovidov, Simon Taylor, Beni Zihlmann

      Review of minutes from the last meeting

We went over the minutes from December 16

without significant comment.


      PMT Repair

Beni walked us through his log entry TOF PMT replacement 
<https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3862731>. He has identified five PMTs 
as candidates for replacement. Please see his log entry for the details.


      Action Item Recap

 1. Decide on when to ship PMTs to JLab from FSU (Mark, Paul Eugenio)
 2. Prepare a complete draft of the TOF NIM paper. (all)
 3. Make a plan for TOF repair during the SAD, including Paul in the
    discussion. (all)
 4. Renew the equipment loan agreement between JLab and FSU (Mark, Paul)
