    GlueX Start Counter Meeting, January 6, 2022, Minutes

Present: Eugene Chudakov, Mark Ito, Simon Taylor, Bo Yu

Mark had an issue sharing his screen in Zoom. Simon did the honors for 
this meeting.


      Review of minutes from the last meeting

We went over the minutes from the meeting on December 9th

without significant comment.


      Calibration Responsibilities

Bo has been tasked by the SRC collaboration to be responsible for start 
counter calibration. The GlueX collaboration also has a need to 
calibrate the start counter for the PrimEx run, which occurred just 
before the SRC run. How the effort should be split is not clear at this 
point. Mark will discuss the situation with Sean and come up with a plan.
