This is a reminder of a Start Counter meeting Monday Nov. 13, 2023, 9am

After the Start Counter operation topics we will take about the future 
KLF program and their
needs for a Start Counter. The "agenda" listed is based on their request.

Note that I did not receive a formal list of emails that should be in 
the reminder/invitation
for this meeting regarding the KLF part. So if you find someone missing 
you can forward
this email accordingly.
