   JLab: Mark Ito (chair), Sascha Somov, Simon Taylor, Tim Whitlatch,
   Elliott Wolin, Beni Zihlmann

Review of Minutes from Last Meeting

   We looked at [19]them. The principal item was Werner's presentation on
   the start counter progress, which we reviewed again at the recent
   Collaboration Meeting.

Memoranda of Understanding


UMass

   Elton received a draft from Rory. There was a meeting in November, and
   feedback has gone back and forth. The draft is close to something that
   can be reviewed.

FSU

   Elton thought that we should start discussing this. Paul has requested
   the latest version of the Indiana University MOU. This is our current
   best prototype MOU.
