              <p>We went over <a
href="https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/GlueX_Start_Counter_Meeting,_August_9,_2018#Minutes"

                  minutes</a>.
              </p>
              <p>On run readiness, Beni has once again moved the start
                counter to ready on the HCO list after looking at
                scalers on Monday. The problem with temperatures
                reported last time was indeed a disconnected cable; it
                was plugged back in weeks ago.
              </p>
              <h3><span class="mw-headline" id="NIM_Paper">NIM Paper</span></h3>
              <p>Mark reported that Eric Pooser has nearly completed
                putting in the edits from Elton and Beni and has trimmed
                some parts from the paper. A new version is expected
                presently.
              </p>
              <h3><span class="mw-headline" id="Collaboration_Meeting">Collaboration
                  Meeting</span></h3>
              <p>Mahmoud will give a 20 minute talk at the meeting on
                the latest propagation time calibration, efficiency and
                resolution as a function of z, and comparisons between
                data and Monte Carlo.
              </p>
              <p>Sean mentioned that there is a new set if simulations
                coming that should be used to re-evaluate the Monte
                Carlo results when they become available.
              </p>
