<p>Present: Mark Ito (chair), Sasha Ostrovidov, Susan
Schadmand, Simon Taylor
</p>
<p>There is a <a rel="nofollow" class="external text"

this meeting</a> on the BlueJeans site. Use your JLab
credentials to gain access.
</p>
<h3><span class="mw-headline" id="Announcements">Announcements</span></h3>
<p>Sasha has done the first set of simple tests on the 23
PMTs he has at FSU. High voltage was applied, base
current measured, and signals were viewed on a scope.
All look good.
</p>
<p>Mark will check the PO to confirm the number of PMTs in
the order from Hamamatsu.
</p>
<h3><span class="mw-headline" id="Calibration">Calibration</span></h3>
<p>Beni Zihlmann has finished the energy calibration of
the TOF. Constants have been uploaded to the CCDB.
</p>
<h3><span class="mw-headline" id="TOF_NIM_paper">TOF NIM
paper</span></h3>
<p>Sasha has the section on testing written. Mark will
send out the URL of the Overleaf document so that the
text can be uploaded.
