[Halld-tagger] reminder: beam working group mtg Monday @ 11

Hall D Beam Group,

There will be a beam working group conference call at 11:00 on Monday, 
July 27.  The meeting two weeks ago (July 13) was only a couple days 
following the Tagger Magnet Review, and so it was skipped.  But now we 
have a draft report from the review, and a number of other items to 
discuss, so let's get back on our biweekly schedule again.  There is a 
draft agenda on the wiki at the link below.  Please feel free to add 
items that you would like to present.
