[Halld-tagger] proposed: skip biweekly beam wg mtg on 4/5

Dear colleagues,

I plan to be out of town at 11:00 on Monday April 5 to give a Gluex 
seminar at a nearby university.  Unless there are pressing things to 
present, I propose that we skip our regular biweekly meeting and get 
together next in a couple weeks time.  I have also not made much 
progress on my to-do's from the last meeting.  If there are objections, 
please broadcast them to this list so that those who are available know 
to attend.
