[Halld-tagger] Beam test; acces to the Hall-B

Dear tagger friends,

F.Y.I.
Those who are planning to participate in the
beam tests in Hall-B have to pass through the
"Hall-B safety awareness training", which is
organized by Alexandre Deur. If you have already
passed through the training before, you don't
need to do it again.

Let me know if you need this training ( and the date
you can do it ).
