[Halld-tagger] startup of biweekly meetings for summer

Dear colleagues,

Tomorrow Monday 5/24 the Physics Working Group has the 11:00 session.  
To start up our photon beam meetings in the alternate Monday 11:00am 
slot with the Physics group means that our first meeting of the summer 
falls on 5/31, which is Memorial Day.  Therefore I propose that, on a 
one-time basis, that we move our first working group meeting of the 
summer to Tuesday, June 1 at 11:00.  Thereafter, we will resume our 
regular 11:00 Monday time slot, alternating with the Physics meetings.

I have changed the gluex events calendar to reflect this plan.  Please 
make this change to your planners.  We have a lot to talk about as the 
summer pace heats up.
