[Halld-tagger] beamline motors in Hall D

Looks right, Hovanes!
For the goniometer we have 3 rotational and 2 linear axes.
Does it make sense to have beam viewers in place (e.g. downstream of Gluex 
detector and/or in the electron beam dump)?
