[Halld-tagger] biweekly wg meeting at 11:30

This is a reminder of the regular biweekly working group meeting at 11:30 this morning.  I have posted a brief agenda on the wiki. The agenda looks short for this week, so if there are issues that have been pushed to the back burner because of time during past meetings, this would be a good one to raise them.
