[Halld-tagger] tagger working group meeting at 11:00 this morning

Colleagues,

This is a reminder of our renewed biweekly meetings starting up again this year, beginning this morning.  One main item on the agenda will be my newly completed study of the dark rate tolerance in the SiPM readout of the tagger.  I have not yet, but before the meeting will set up the wiki agenda page and make the evo booking.
