[Halld-tagger] proposed change of meeting time for beamline working group

Colleagues,

Because of the large time difference between Eastern and Arizona time zones (3 hours in summer) we have had a request if we could move our meeting to somewhat later in the day on Monday.  Would it be possible to move it back to 11:30?  That would also have the advantage of better matching on the off weeks to the time of the physics meeting.
