Hello Richard,

I think that the best way would be to ask Eugene to talk to
Volker directly in order to get his 'verbal consent'  - I am
not sure whether Volker is in JLab now, he might probably already
left for the Hall-B collaboration meeting in Paris. I will try
to find  out what we can do.
