[Halld-tagger] working group meeting at 11:00am

Dear colleagues,

Our regularly scheduled biweekly meeting is this morning at 11:00.  Unless there are objections, I suggest that we stick with the 11:00 hour for our meetings over the summer.  I have posted a tentative agenda on the wiki.  Please feel free to add to it or modify it.
