[Halld-tagger] Photon spectrum question

     There is a program in the subversion repository that may give you 
what you want that can be found here:

Description from svn log is:

A C++ program that wraps Richard's coherent Bremstrahlung distribution 
calculator (written in FORTRAN) and generates a ROOT file with a 
histogram in it.
