[Halld-tagger] tungsten pins are done

Dear Paul,

Thank you very much for this.  Please pass on my thanks to the FSU machinists who did the work, and also to the students who had to sit next to the EDM machine for weeks on end while the cutting was going on.  It is an excellent result!
