[Halld-tagger] plan for mapping the tagger field

I have collected all of the material I have seen regarding the plan to map the tagger magnet, and posted it in a single place on the wiki.  To get there:

 1. go to wiki.gluex.org
 2. in the right-hand column menu, select "photon beam" under Detector Systems
 3. in the right-hand column menu, select "tagger" under Spectrometers
 4. select "Plan for mapping the magnetic field"

If there is anything that I have missed, please point me to it or add it yourself.  One thing that has not been addressed so far is the coordinate system to be used.  I have no opinion about it, but just want to make sure that we agree on a single coordinate system for describing the field and use it uniformly throughout the mapping exercise.
