HI, Richard, Curtis, and all,
I have a suggestion on the timing calibration procedure for the low-segmentation PS counters. We have the left and the right detector arrays. There is a 2mm overlap between adjacent counters within the same array. Therefore, I think a more efficient way to calibrate the low-segmentation PS counters can be the follow:
(1) Align all counters within the same detector array by using the overlap between adjacent counters.
(2) Align the left and the right arrays by using the left-right coincidence.

Hello Curtis and all,
We had a discussion at today's meeting of the calibration section of your computing document related to the photon beamline. I have drafted some replacement text for the original text that was contained in the document, and have placed it up for review and comment under NOTES on the agenda page for today's Photon Beam WG biweekly meeting.

Please respond to the list to let us know if this meets the need, or if further information is required. Everyone in the working group is invited to comment either by this list or (better still) by proposing specific changes to the text on the wiki page.
