[Halld-tagger] Testing of the Hall-D Goniometer

Dear Colleagues,

I compiled a few slides for the results of our recent tests of the 
goniometer. You can find them on our DocDB:

Basically, we verified that the most critical yaw and pitch motions of 
the goniometer satisfy our requirements.
