[Halld-tagger] photon beam working group meeting this morning

Hi Richard,

here is a link to the Wiener MPOD boards that are used
for the low voltages for BCAL SiPM boards and the drift chamber
preamp boards.

I believe Fernando uses flavors of MPV 8008 and MPV 8030 boards.

To use these boards, one needs to put them into a Wiener MPOD 
(full,mini,micro) crate:

But as far as I know, there are no MPOD crates that are planned for
installation in the tagger hall, which can be a problem.
