[Halld-tagger] Analysis of Configurations 6 and 3

I have added some new plots for Configuration 6 (the entry beam pipe) 
and Configuration 3 to the web page
http://faculty.cua.edu/sober/halld/mapping/

The Config. 3 plots vs X look a little choppy, but I have not yet 
applied the probe calibrations (which are all in the right directions).

The data points in the entry region align pretty well with the nominal 
beam line (a few mm, 7 mr), but there is a disturbing longitudinal 
offset of about 4 mm with respect to the Tosca field (although the field 
shapes agree very well.)  How convinced are you about the reliability of 
the surveys?
