[Halld-tagger] PS magnet mapping requirements

Hello Richard,
As there are 5 hole probes mounted on the mapper (1 cm apart from
each other), I think that it would make sense to rotate 2 of them to
measure Bz and Bx just for consistency check. As the mapping
area is small, I would make the step size 1 cm.
If TOSCA agrees well for By, we'll use the whole map from TOSCA.
