[Halld-tagger] PS magnet mapping requirements

Hello Alex,

The procedure and safety documents are more or less ready but they need to be approved. After that, we need to test the controls and then we would be ready. It's tight to be ready in time for spring break. It is also too soon to decide whether we will really need shifts or not. It will depends on the results of the first 1D map along z (beam line axis). If it is good and if the 3D map at 1.8T looks good too, then we may not need to repeat the 3D maps at the other energies. We can do 2D (y=0) or even 1D (x=0,y=0) and it would be good enough. In that case, the whole mapping won't be too long.
