[Halld-tagger] Analysis of tagger field maps at 1.7 T and 1.5 T

Hi Dan,

Thanks for giving quick feedback on the measurements.

On the plots of B vs x (y interval), there seems to be a regular peaking 
every 5 cm or so. Is this real or due to the instrumentation?
