[Halld-tagger] Magnet mapping - first try at using probe calibrations

I have begun trying to calibrate (or at least smooth) the map data using 
two different approaches:
1) using the average ratios of the probes to Probe 1 (P5) at each setting
2) using the ratios of the 5 probes to the NMR values measured at the 
magnet center on 1/6/14.

I have posted the results for 1.7 T on 
http:/faculty.cua.edu/sober/HallD/mapping

There is no dramatic gain in smoothness, which I find surprising, 
especially in case 1.
I will complete 1.5T and 0.75T tomorrow.
