[Halld-tagger] photon beam meeting next week

Hello GlueX Photon Beam Working Group,

Our biweekly meeting on Monday should be postponed because Monday is a
holiday.  I propose that we hold it on Tuesday at the same time, that is
11:30am EST on Tuesday 1/21.  Please let me know as soon as possible if
this will be a problem for you.
