[Halld-tagger] photon beam working group mtg this morning

Dear colleagues,

There is pressure on us right now to get things buttoned up in the tagger
hall and get ready to restart commissioning, but I think nevertheless we
should take the time to have today's meeting at 11:30. I have put together
an agenda in the usual place on the wiki that is focused on what we have to
do over the next couple of weeks. Please update as needed.
