[Halld-tagger] [New Logentry] Correlation of TAGM / TAGH hits with the PS (data)

The first time we read out tagger crates with the trigger. Timing offsets were adjusted.

Trigger type:       PSC
Converter:           fork frame (0.1 X0)
FADC samples:  100

2 top plots: Position of TAGH and TAGM pulses (maximum amplitudes ) in the fadc read out window.
                  - TAGM and TAGH are aligned. The TAGM peak is narrower than TAGH due to the smaller
                     particle propagation time.

2 botom plots: TAGH/TAGM occupancies
                   - groups of counters with different width can be seen in theTAGH occupancy
