[Halld-tagger] no photon beam wg mtg this morning

Hello all,

This is a reminder that we will NOT be having our regular biweekly photon
beam working group meeting this morning, because of the collaboration
meeting coming up next week.

Ken just sent around a message asking for some help covering shifts in
November, so please have a look and see what works for you. Ken, there
should not be a problem, between all of us in the working group we will
find a way to cover for you. Having you move shifts to next spring when we
will start tuning up the beam on a diamond radiator makes good sense.
