[Halld-tagger] first photon beam WG mtg of 2015

Dear colleagues,

Happy New Year to you all! Let's kick off the new year with what is
probably the first GlueX working group meeting of 2015 this morning at
11:30 EST.

A draft agenda has been posted in the usual place on the wiki. This being
the first day back for many of us after an extended break, the meeting may
be relatively short. In addition to whatever has been accomplished since
the last meeting, we should also discuss our goals for the next few months,
as the next run period will be upon us before we hardly have a chance to
catch our breath.
