[Halld-tagger] photon beam wg meeting cancelled this Monday for MLK day

Dear colleagues,

In view of the fact that Monday is MLK day and the lab is taking it for a
holiday, I propose that we cancel postpone the meeting until the slot rolls
around again in two weeks. If there is anything urgent to share, please
send the information to the email list. It should be fairly
straight-forward to figure out what the presentations should be during the
beam+tagger session at the up-coming collaboration meeting. I think that
can wait until our next meeting.
