[Halld-tagger] PS event skims (3179-3186)

Hi all,

I made some PS event skims for runs 3179 to 3186. Recall that these runs are the ones with PS triggers mixed in with the FCAL/BCAL triggers. As the PS events make up about 10% of the triggers, the data size is reduced by about an order of magnitude (to 200 GB for these runs). They can be found at
/v/volatile/halld/home/nsparks/ps_skim/data/hd_rawdata_00XXXX_XXX.ps.evio

An event is skimmed if a coarse PS pair or fine PS pair is reconstructed, with a maximum time difference between pairs of 10 ns.
