[Halld-tagger] photon beam wg mtg cancelled today

This is to confirm what you probably suspected anyway, that today's photon
beam working group will not be taking place because it follows so closely
on last week's collaboration meeting. A second reason would be that today
is Canadian Thanksgiving, although this might have a slightly lower impact
factor on most of us. Our next meeting will be in two weeks. Have a second
helping of sweet potato and try to forget about GlueX for a day or two.
