[Halld-tagger] scheduling this week's beamline WG meeting

Colleagues,

Today will not work for our biweekly beam working group conference call
because it is MLK day. If it works for the majority of people, I would like
to reschedule for a later day this week. From the calendar, it looks like
Tuesday (tomorrow) at the same time should work. If you have a conflict,
can you please reply to the whole list suggesting alternate times that
would work better?
