[Halld-tagger] Monday's photon beam meeting merged into Tuesday's analysis mtg

Dear Colleagues,

Given then our biweekly meeting falls on the 4th this year, I propose that
we move our discussion over from the photon working group to the analysis
meeting which takes place the following day, Tuesday at 1:30 EDT. It is
unusual that we have had scheduling problems two meetings in a row, but
right now the beamline group is heavily involved in trying to understand
the polarization that we measured back in the spring, and this is one of
the main things being discussed in the analysis meetings at present. Please
present any updates you have on matters related to polarization
measurements at the analysis meeting. We will resume our regular biweekly
meeting schedule on July 18 in the usual slot.
