[Halld-tagger] reminder of photon beam working group at 11:30EDT this morning

Dear Colleagues,

Please remember the biweekly meeting of the photon beam working group this
morning. It has been 6 weeks since we last met, so there should be lots to
talk about. I know Dan Sober has made a lot of progress understanding the
optics of the tagger and predicting realistic distributions at the focal
plane, so I put him first on the agenda. Please add other links as needed.
