[Halld-tagger] request to cancel Photon Beam working group this week

Dear colleagues,

In view of the JLab Users Group meeting taking place today, I propose that
we cancel the Photon Beam working group meeting this week. If there are any
burning issues that we need to consider, please raise them to this email
list.

The next meeting falls on July 4, which is also not going to work. We can
decide what to do about that next week, depending on how many beam-related
developments take place before then. Much of the work our groups are
carrying out right now will also be captured in the regular analysis
meetings, so I don't think these scheduling conflicts present a significant
problem.
