[Halld-tagger] link to diamond inventory on wiki

Dear Colleagues,

As requested at yesterday's meeting, the online table listing all of the
diamond crystals in the GlueX inventory, where they are located, and their
fabrication history all in one spreadsheet, is now linked to the wiki. To
find it, start at the Photon Beam subsystem page (main page right-side
menu, listed under Detector Subsystems) and then look down the right-hand
menu on the Photon Beam page to find Diamond Radiators listed under
Polarized Source. A link to the crystal inventory is given in the second
bullet on that page.
