[Halld-tagger] today's beamline meeting transmuted

Dear colleagues,

In view of the fact that we just finished a comprehensive review of the
breamline status at last week's collaboration meeting, I propose that we
cancel today's biweekly beamline meeting. In case the DNP dry runs session
starting at 9:00 this morning needs to overflow past 11:30, they will be
free to run into the normal beamline meeting period.
