[Halld-tagger] reminder: biweekly photon beam meeting today

Dear colleagues,

I think we should have our biweekly meeting today, even though the
collaboration meeting is coming later on in the week, so that we can
discuss things at a level that is not appropriate for the context of a
larger meeting. I have posted a draft agenda on the wiki. Please update as
needed.
