[Halld-tagger] beam time at CLS end of November

Hello Eugene,

With our beam time coming up at CLS Nov. 28-Dec. 1, the thought occurs to
me that it might be useful to take one of the diamonds that we used before
and measure the effects from radiation damage. Today you mentioned wanting
to take out the smaller 4mm diamond (J1a50). If you could take it out and
mail it here to Connecticut before Nov. 28, I would like to take it with us
to Saskatoon and put it in the beam. It would be our first look at the
effects of radiation damage.
