[Halld-tagger] proposal to cancel Monday's beamline meeting

Dear colleagues,

Normally we would have a biweekly meeting of the Photon Beam working group
on Monday, but this Monday is a holiday in the US. I think it would be OK
to simply cancel this meeting, as we have mostly just been waiting for beam
over the past couple of weeks, plus getting started with the new semester
at universities. If there are no objections, let's cancel the Photon Beam
meeting on 9/3 and meet again on 9/17. That will be 10 days ahead of the
collaboration meeting, which is still enough time to finalize our session.
Anyone who has something they can present during the beamline session at
the September collaboration meeting should send me a note, and I will begin
the process of populating our slots. Then we can complete that when we meet
on 9/17.
